The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 108(6) of, and paragraphs 38(2)(b), 41, 42(3), 42A(4), 43, 44, 45 and 46 of Schedule 5 to, the Courts Act 2003.
