  "text": "The Fines (Deductions from Income Support) Regulations 1992 are amended as follows—\n(a) in regulation 1(2) in the definition of “application” omit “in the form and”;\n(b) in regulation 3(1) omit “shall be made in the form set out in Schedule 3, or a form to like effect, and”; and\n(c) omit Schedule 3 to the Regulations.",
