# The Fire (Additional Function) (Scotland) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Fire (Additional Function) (Scotland) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the day on which section 11 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 comes into force.
