Article 12 Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987

In regulation 30 of the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987f1 (storage tanks), after the words “fire authority” insert “or, in England, fire and rescue authority” in both places where the words occur.
