# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 14: Income Support (General) Regulations 1987


After paragraph 7(1)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings), insert—
“(aa) a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
