# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 28: The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992


After paragraph 1(1)(i)(ii) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 (earnings of an employed earner), insert—
“(iia) a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
