Article 30 Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1993
In regulation 4(3) of the Civil Defence (General Local Authority Functions) Regulations 1993f1 (civil defence functions of county councils)—
(a)
for the words “Fire Services Act 1947” substitute “Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”; and
(b)
in sub-paragraph (a), for the words “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
