# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 34: Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995


In paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Marriages (Approved Premises) Regulations 1995 (requirements for the grant of approval), after the words “fire authority” insert “or, in England, fire and rescue authority”.
