# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 35: Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Regulations 1995


In paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Regulations 1995 (exempt vehicles), after the words “fire brigade” insert “or, in England, fire and rescue authority”.
