# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 37: Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996


In regulation 33(1) of the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996 (enforcement in respect of fire), after the words “Fire Precautions Act 1971” insert “or, in England, the fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 for the area in which the premises are situated”.
