# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 40: Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996


In paragraph 8(1)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996 (sums to be disregarded in the determination of earnings), for the words “a part-time fireman in a fire-brigade maintained in pursuance of the Fire Services Acts 1947 to 1959” substitute “a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority”.
