# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 41: Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997


In regulation 6 of the Royal Parks and Other Open Spaces Regulations 1997 (exemptions from certain regulations), after paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) In relation to England, the reference to a member of a fire brigade in paragraph (1) is a reference to an employee of a fire and rescue authority.”.
