# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 61: Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Regulations 2002


In regulation 69(2)(a) of the Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Regulations 2002 (duties of drivers etc. in the event of a radiological emergency), after the words “fire brigade” insert “or, in England, the fire and rescue authority”.
