# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 62: State Pension Credit Regulations 2002


After paragraph 2(2)(a) of Schedule VI to the State Pension Credit Regulations 2002 (sums disregarded from claimant’s earnings), insert—
“(aa) as a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
