Article 68 Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003

The Local Authorities (Members' Allowances) (England) Regulations 2003^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (application), for paragraph (1)(e) substitute—

“(e)

a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies;”.

In regulation 34 (disapplication), for paragraph (4)(e) substitute—

“(e)

a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies;”.
