Article 70 Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003

The Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4 (interpretation), for the definition of “fire authority” substitute—

  • ““fire and rescue authority” means a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.

(3)

In paragraph 3(5)(b) of the Schedule (independent schools standards), for “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
