# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (England) Order 2004, Article 9: Radioactive Substances (Gaseous Tritium Light Devices) Exemption Order 1985


In article 3(h) of the Radioactive Substances (Gaseous Tritium Light Devices) Exemption Order 1985 (exemption under section 1 subject to conditions), after the words “fire brigade” insert “or, in England, fire and rescue authority”.
