# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 26: Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992

In regulation 2(1) of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 (interpretation), in the definition of “fire authority”, after the words “Fire Services Act 1947” insert “or, in England or Wales, the fire and rescue authority for that area under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”.
