# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 29: Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992

After paragraph 1(1)(i)(ii) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 (earnings of an employed earner), insert—
“(iia) a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
