# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 39: Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1996

After paragraph 9(a) of Schedule 1 to the Social Security Benefit (Computation of Earnings) Regulations 1996 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of earnings), insert—
“(aa) a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
