# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 48: Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (Commencement No 1) Order 1998

In Schedule 1 to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (Commencement No 1) Order 1998 (meaning of “United Kingdom Public Authority”), after paragraph 1(g) insert—
“(ga) a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies;”.
