# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 54: Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000

After paragraph 4(2)(g)(ii) of the Schedule to the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000 (calculation of earnings), insert—
“(iia) a part-time fire-fighter employed by a fire and rescue authority;”.
