# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 58: Code of Conduct (Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Order 2001

In article 2 of the Code of Conduct (Qualifying Local Government Employees) (Wales) Order 2001 (interpretation), in the definition of “relevant authority” for paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”
