# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 6: Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 3) Order 1974

Article 6(6) of the Local Authorities etc. (Miscellaneous Provision) (No 3) Order 1974 (compulsory purchase orders) is amended as follows—
(a) after the words “Fire Services Act 1947” insert “or Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”; and
(b) after the words “fire authority” insert “or fire and rescue authority”.
