# The Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Order 2005, Article 62: Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) Order 2001

In Schedule 1 to the Race Relations Act 1976 (Statutory Duties) Order 2001 (bodies and other persons required to publish race equality schemes), after the entry for a fire authority constituted by a combination scheme under section 5 or 6 of the Fire Services Act 1947 insert—
“A fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”.
