  "text": "(1) The Independent School Standards (Wales) Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), for the definition of “fire authority” substitute—\n““fire and rescue authority” means a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.\n(3) In paragraph 3(5)(b) of the Schedule (independent schools standards), for “Fire Authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”.",
