Section 100J (authorities to which Part 5A applies) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1), for paragraph (f) substitute—

“(f)

a fire and rescue authority constituted by a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 or a scheme to which section 4 of that Act applies.”

(3)

In subsection (4)(c), for “combined fire authority” substitute “ fire and rescue authority falling within subsection (1)(f) above ”.

(4)

Omit subsection (5).
