# Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, Paragraph 4


In section 2(1)(a) of the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928 (local authorities empowered to grant petroleum-spirit licences), for “fire authority” substitute “ fire and rescue authority ”.
