# Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, Paragraph 66


In section 19(a) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 (exemption from tolls), for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii) a fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004; or”.
