# Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, Paragraph 78


In paragraph 15 of Schedule 4A (premises not to be disconnected for non-payment of charges), for “fire brigade maintained in pursuance of the Fire Services Act 1947” substitute “ fire and rescue authority ”.
