# Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, Paragraph 8


In section 20(2A) (fire precaution conditions)—
(a) for “fire authority” substitute “ fire and rescue authority ”;
(b) for “fire brigade personnel” in paragraph (e), substitute “ fire-fighters ”.
