# Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, Paragraph 82


(1) Section 18 of the Local Government Act 1992 (consequences of structural changes) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (3).
(3) In subsection (4), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) his power to make a scheme under section 2 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 (combined fire and rescue authorities),”.
