  "text": "A fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A must, in carrying out its functions, have regard to the police and crime plan issued by the police and crime commissioner for the police area—\n(a) which corresponds to the area of the fire and rescue authority, or\n(b) within which the area of the fire and rescue authority falls.",
