# The Fire and Rescue Services (Emergencies) (Wales) Order 2007, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of this Order is the Fire and Rescue Services (Emergencies) (Wales) Order 2007 and it comes into force on 3 December 2007.
(2) This Order applies in relation to fire and rescue authorities in Wales.
