# The Fire and Rescue Services (England) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (England) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st October 2007.
(2) This Order applies in relation to fire and rescue authorities in England only.
