# The Fire and Rescue Services (England) (Amendment) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendments to Fire and Rescue Services (England) Order 2004


In the Schedule to the Fire and Rescue Services (England) Order 2004 (authorised charges), at the end, add—
“
14. Provision of administrative, professional or technical advice or services related to the operation of a regional fire control centre.
A company to which the service is provided, the members of which comprise fire and rescue authorities in England (whether or not those include the authority providing the service) and whose objects include the operation of a regional fire control centre.
”.
