  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Schedule to the Fire and Rescue Services (England) Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/2305) to enable a fire and rescue authority to charge for administrative, professional or technical advice or services provided to a company whose objects include the operation of a regional fire control centre and whose members comprise fire and rescue authorities in England.\nA full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
