# The Fire and Rescue Services (Framework) (Scotland) Order 2005, Article 2: The Fire and Rescue Framework


For the purposes of section 40(4) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, the Fire and Rescue Framework prepared by the Scottish Ministers and entitled “The Fire and Rescue Framework for Scotland 2005” published by the Scottish Executive in October 2005 shall have effect.
