  "text": "FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES\nMade 13th September 2005\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 14th September 2005\nComing into force 6th October 2005\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(4) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consulting each relevant authority or such persons as they consider represent those authorities and such persons as they consider represent employees of those authorities in accordance with section 40(5) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:",
