# The Fire and Rescue Services (National Framework) (England) Order 2004, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (National Framework) (England) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.
(2) This Order shall apply in relation to fire and rescue authorities in England only.
