# The Fire and Rescue Services (National Framework) (Wales) Order 2005, Introduction: Introductory text


FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES, WALES

Coming into force 17 March 2005
The National Assembly for Wales makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(6), 60 and 62 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 and having consulted such persons as it considers appropriate in accordance with section 21(5) of that Act:
