Made 7th June 2005
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 10th June 2005
Coming into force in accordance with article 1(1)
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16 and 88(2) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
