  "text": "And be it further enacted that the High Constables of the several hundreds and respective limits shall within Ten dayes next after theire several receipts from the said Constables Headboroughs Tythingmen and other Officers pay unto the High Sheriffes of every County all such money as they shall so receive deducting a penny in the pound for theire paines and shall alsoe then deliver or cause to be delivered unto the said High Sheriffs the several returns which they received from the Constables and other Officers aforesaid",
