  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations supersede the Fire Precautions (Application for Certificate) Regulations 1976 and prescribe a new form of application for a fire certificate under the Fire Precautions Act 1971. The new form in the Schedule to these Regulations makes changes in the information required by paragraph 3 of the form as to the number of persons at work in the premises to which the application relates and requires details to be given in paragraph 8 of the fire-fighting equipment available for use in the premises.",
