FIRE PRECAUTIONS
Made 12th February 1991
laid before Parliament 25th February 1991
Coming into force 1st April 1991
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 12(1),(3) and (4), 37(2) and (3) and 40(1) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having consulted, in accordance with section 12(5) of that Act, with such persons or bodies of persons as appear to him requisite, hereby makes the following Regulations:
