  "text": "FIRE PRECAUTIONS\nMade 18th August 1994\nLaid before Parliament 26th August 1994\nComing into force 1st January 1996\nIn exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 12(1), (3) and (4), 37(2) and (3) and 40(1) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971, and having consulted with such persons and bodies of persons as appear to me requisite, I hereby make the following Regulations:",
