  "text": "In these Regulations–\n“fire brigade” means a fire brigade maintained by a fire authority;\n“machine room” means a room containing any electricity generator, transformer or switchgear, or in which any machinery for operating an escalator, travolator or lift is installed;\n“station manager” means the person employed to work in station premises who is for the time being in charge of the premises;\n“station premises” means the premises to which these Regulations apply by virtue of regulation 3 below; and\n“travolator” includes any mechanically operated moving footway other than an escalator.",
