  "text": "FIRE PRECAUTIONS\nHEALTH AND SAFETY\nMade 28th July 1997\nLaid before Parliament 29th July 1997\nComing into force 1st December 1997\nThe Secretary of State, being designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to the minimum health and safety requirements for the workplace that relate to fire safety, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and by sections 35, 40(8) and 43(1) of the Fire Precautions Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
