  "text": "Fire Precautions, England\nMade 17th May 2022\nLaid before Parliament 18th May 2022\nComing into force 23rd January 2023\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by article 24(1) of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.\nIn accordance with article 24(4) of that Order the Secretary of State has consulted such persons or bodies of persons as appeared to the Secretary of State to be appropriate.",
