# The Fire Safety (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 10th November 2010
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 12th November 2010
Coming into force 21st January 2011
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
